Tuğba Dalyan received the B.Sc. degree from Mathematics and Computer Science Departments and minor degree from Business Administration from Istanbul Bilgi University in 2003, Istanbul, Turkey, the M.Sc. Degree from Kocaeli University and Ph.D. degree from Yıldız Teknik University, Istanbul, Turkey all in computer engineering, in 2007, and 2014, respectively. She is currently an Assistant Professor in the Computer Engineering Department, Istanbul Bilgi University, Istanbul, Turkey. Her research interests include natural language processing, machine learning, deep learning, data analysis, image processing.
