Umut Keskin received his B.Sc. in economics and B.Sc. in mathematics (double major program) from Middle East Technical University (Ankara, TURKEY). He pursued his master’s degree in economics at the University of Minnesota (Minneapolis, MN, U.S.A.) and his Ph.D. at Tinbergen Institute (Rotterdam, NETHERLANDS). He is currently an Assistant Professor of Economics at Istanbul Bilgi University. His research areas are decision theory, social choice theory and mathematical economics.
